Property Manager
(Monday - Friday)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Basic Salary: $4800 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Property Officers in managing estate-related matters within the assigned Division.

• Oversee routine and cyclical building maintenance, improvement projects, and horticultural upkeep.

• Manage the use and control of common property and ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.

• Monitor and follow up on arrears collection and enforcement.

• Coordinate closely with government agencies and grassroots groups to align with Town Council.

• Liaise with external contractors to ensure compliance with contract standards and work quality.

• Provide leadership in daily estate operations to ensure smooth functioning of services.

• Handle any additional tasks or assignments as required.
