Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Support daily operations of security systems and services, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate across internal teams (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure on-time project execution.
• Track project schedules, budget adherence, and resource utilization.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact for clients to arrange installations, maintenance, and inspections.
• Address customer concerns related to system functionality or service issues.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding supplies, services, and outsourced work.

Team Supervision & Support

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing technical personnel such as technicians and engineers.
• Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to workforce planning and team deployment activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records including project files, service logs, work orders, and checklists.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary equipment and components.
• Compile and submit weekly/monthly reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Possess a Professional Certificate, NITEC, or Diploma in Computer Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic technical knowledge of ELV systems, networking, and security systems such as CCTV, card access, and alarm systems; a strong IT background is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the IT or Security Systems industry.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for basic system setup is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
