Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements
  • Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate project processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring to final closing
  • Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate works according to project plans to ensure projects are carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation
  • Co-ordinate defects servicing and maintenance works
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (interior design/renovations/ project management preferred)
  • Recognized qualifications in interior design/architecture/project management or any corporate real estate discipline
  • Able to work under pressure and experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Positive working attitude, honest, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and a keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the firm
