Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead renovation projects for hotels. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Interior Design or Project Management and 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry. Responsibilities include managing contractors, site management, and ensuring projects are completed to schedule. A competitive salary range of $4,000 - $6,000 plus bonuses is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure project completion.

  • Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources, and risk management.
  • Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.
