Assistant Project Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Construction (M&E/A&A) or equivalent.
• Preferable with 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Construction or equivalent.
• 5.5 days work week.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Project Engineer duties.
• Able to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings of construction services.
• Able to visualize site conditions and make necessary proposals.
• Manage all phases and aspects of the project to ensure completion on time.
• Provide support to site staff.
• Prepare documentation related to the project.
• Prepare and attend progress meetings.
• Coordinate and liaise with all parties in the project team, including authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Lead the site team on project execution, safety matters, and project budget control.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Arrange daily manpower allocation for projects.
