Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee hospitality and fit-out projects on-site at Market Street. You will ensure project performance in HSE, schedule, design, scope, quality, and cost, while coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver all work packages.

The role requires a degree in engineering/architecture/interior design or a relevant diploma with fit-out experience, with 3–5 years of industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Hospitality & Corporate Fit-out projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of statutory submissions for fit-out works
• Ability to run construction meetings and coordinate between clients, consultants and contractors

Responsibilities

• Project execution and administration using established processes and quality systems
• Lead interactive planning sessions and establish project schedules
• Identify risks and maintain risk register
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet work package requirements
• Manage team under your supervision to ensure efficient task completion
• Assist in procurement/contract administration including specifications, submissions, negotiations, minutes and final accounts

You will be required to manage Hospitality & Fit-out projects as Project Manager.
