We are looking for a Assistant Project Manager to make an impact!

What will you do?

  • Own and be responsible for the success of the project.
  • Identify variation orders, interpret customer change requests.
  • Track project progress and report to customers and management in a timely manner, including updates on submittals, approvals, costs, schedules, manpower, procurement, and quality issues.
  • Control costs, monitor and forecast financial commitments, and ensure delivery of financial targets, including sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Attend customer meetings, follow up on inquiries and concerns, provide prompt and positive feedback with solutions, and plan work schedules for the projects.
  • Support and lead Project Engineers in large or complex projects.
  • Conduct on-time project reviews with the Project Leader.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in system integration and building management systems or ACMV systems.
  • Innovative with a strong passion for Energy Efficiency and Building Management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presenter with the ability to communicate fluently with customers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with project execution in Singapore.
  • PMI Certification is preferred.
