About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse interior design and construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating all aspects of construction projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure project requirements are met
• Participate in site inspections and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as contracts, schedules, Quotation, Claim and reports .

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar assistant project management role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges that arise during projects
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
