Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
  4. Provide ad hoc support to the Project Team as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Degree/Diploma in management or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Preferably, fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
