Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee building construction projects. Job description

Job Description:

  1. Plans, organizes, and sets up the site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives.

  2. Handles project schedules and technical matters.

  3. Able to work with subcontractors/suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.

  4. Liaises with the project team, site staff, and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates and monitoring of quality.

  5. Liaises with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.

  6. Manages site progress and timely delivery of the project.

  7. Manages cost control and project quality compliance.

  8. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building/Construction Management, or any other discipline related to Building Construction.

  2. At least 5 years’ experience in the management of the building construction field. Preferably with experience in HDB projects.

  3. Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

  4. Strong in persuasion, service-oriented client relationships, and people management.

  5. Good working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
