Job Description:
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project milestones, uphold quality standards, and control costs.
Engage with customers to understand requirements, manage concerns, and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve project-related issues efficiently.
Act as the primary customer contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Work with Sales/Marketing and Engineering to develop detailed new product quotation packages.
Present and negotiate quotation packages with clients to align with their technical and business needs.
Lead the development and execution of project plans, tracking progress and ensuring proper resource allocation.
Communicate project timelines and deliverables clearly to customers, ensuring accountability.
Provide regular project status reports to management and escalate critical internal issues as necessary.
Deliver customer progress updates and escalate external concerns that may impact project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma with 5 years’ experience
At least 3 years in managing development projects from concept till trial manufacturing or NPI
At least 3 years as design team lead (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware/Software)
Have proven track record in working Cross Function Team (Engineering team and Operation Team)
PMP certification or equivalent project leading experience will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, work under pressure or to deliver in short timeline notice
Willing to perform Overtime
