A leading company in construction project management is seeking an Assistant to the Senior Project Manager. The role focuses on effective project management, client communication, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Senior Project Manager
- Responsible for the successful & effective project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s quality, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
- Responsible for inspection to the site for quality control purposes, monitoring of project schedule, project budget controls, tracking of expenditure and critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings.
- Prepare monthly reports to report to higher management and clients
- Prepare and attend site meetings and distribute meeting minutes
- Follow up with all site and management issues and documentation
- Facilitate smooth communication and liasion for project execution.
Requirements:
- Maintain good customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.
- Good technical knowledge in construction and management system
- Active team player
- Communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients, contractors on engineering and contractual matters.
- Able to take on several challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
