Lead the Project & Engineering team with work tasks.
Responsible for project schedule plan.
Monitor engineering and production activities which include engineering documents, technical manuals, safety assessment, certification, Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
Provide regular feedback and project status to Head of Department or Project Director.
Ensure that engineering design and project management are being planned in accordance with the customer's expectations.
Participate in standardization of product/system design, installation, and testing procedure, where applicable.
Maintain a system for decision-making within the project team whereby decisions are made at the proper level.
Manage outstanding issues.
Ensure that non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.
Ensure that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action.
Recommend and implement quality procedures and work instructions.
Monitor budget control and introduce project cost-saving measures.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any engineering fields with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.
Understand all work procedures and methods.
Must be knowledgeable and capable to demonstrate and work within and between teams.
Prepared to learn new technical skills and to guide others.
Able to use a determined project performance index and evaluate the performance upon project completion.
