A leading company in engineering support is looking for an Administrative Assistant to facilitate document management and collaborations with engineers and clients. Candidates should possess GCE O level, have relevant experience, and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Job description

Responsibility:

. Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.

· Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed

· Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner

· Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure.

· Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible.

· Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.

· Securely backup all documentation.

· Carry out administrative duties as and when required.

Qualification:

· GCE O level

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

· Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable

· Independent with good time management skills and the ability to

· work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

· Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills

Location:

  • Pandan Road

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Transport:

  • Company-provided transport: A bus departs near Clementi MRT Station at 8:10 AM to bring staff to the office. Return transport: A company bus is available to take staff back to Clementi in the evening.
