Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for cleanroom and HVAC projects at Jurong East.

The role is five days a week (Mon-Fri) with a basic salary of SGD 3,000–4,000 per month. You will assist in execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, interpret drawings, and monitor site activities to meet project requirements. Training is provided and you will support QA/QC, safety, and housekeeping, prepare progress reports, and help with resource planning to

Qualifications

• Willing to learn; training is provided.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for project scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of cleanroom and HVAC engineering projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents for site implementation.
• Assist in monitoring daily site activities and work progress to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and support QA/QC, safety and housekeeping requirements in accordance with company standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving site and technical issues, escalating complex matters to the Project Engineer when required.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, site records, schedules and other project documentation.
• Assist with material coordination, equipment requirements and project resources to support timely project completion.
