Job Description
Assistant Project Admin cum HSE Admin:
Performing as General Admin and Clerical Works to support daily operational process.
Maintain, procure and monitor the project site office supplies such as stationaries, pantry items and office cleaning materials.
Collaborate with suppliers for placing order or purchasing.
Accepting and tasking by arranging items / stocks to it designated storage room.
Prepare and process the external training nomination for staff.
Sourcing, procure and maintain project filing and documentation.
Providing administrative assistance to Health, Safety, & Environmental Team by creating security passes to Client, Visitor, and Subcontractor.
Assist Health, Safety, & Environmental Team on issuing SIC forms to Client, Visitor, and subcontractor for security pass making.
Input personnel detail into Client Biometric Security System and maintain update regularly.
Assist Health, Safety, & Environmental Team to establish Incentives / Disincentive verifying documents (hardcopy) and Power Point slide and ensure documentation submitted timely.
Assist Health, Safety, & Environmental Team by preparing Project Monthly Safety Promotion.
Assist Health, Safety, & Environmental Team by recording down Minutes of Meeting for all safety related meeting, and update for submission into Online Project Management System (NEWFORMA).
Supporting the Health, Safety, & Environmental Team in any activities to be carried out.
Responsible and keep track of Personnel Protective Equipment issuing to project staff and workers.
Daily submission of documentation such as RFA / RFI into online Project Management system (NEWFORMA)
Submission of Inspection Report to Client through Project Management System (NEWFORMA).
Monthly submission of staffs' attendance from Biometric System to Project Manager and Human Resource Department.
Other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
At least Bachelor / Diploma in administrative or business related
At least 2 years' working experience in administrative duties, experience in construction project site is essential.
Proficient in computer and MS Office applications.
Good interpersonal skills and proactive nature.
Good command of English both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Computer Literate
Will be required to work full time on project site in Tuas Nexus Drive.
