About Families for Life @ Community (FFLC):

FFLC aims to cultivate a family-friendly ecosystem at the community level, supporting families in their marriage and parenting journey through evidence-based and evidence-informed programmes.

Responsibilities:
  1. General Administration
    • Assist in managing general phone and email enquiries
    • Assist in maintaining proper office filing system
    • Assist in the preparation of operational reports
  2. Programme Planning, Implementation and Evaluation
    • Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of programmes
    • Assist in the facilitation of Family Life Education activities and programmes
    • Assist with the preparation, consolidation of reports and programme evaluation
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the team and other relevant community partners to ensure smooth operations of events
    • Coordinate various logistics needed for the smooth operation of programmes (e.g., venue, collaterals, registration, refreshment)
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/ NITEC
  • This position is on a one-year contract basis
  • Part-Time, 28 hours per week
  • Required to work on Saturdays
  • Singaporeans only
