We are seeking an experienced Assistant Programme Director to lead enterprise-wide IT application programmes across multiple business entities. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive programme governance, oversee enterprise solution delivery, review technical architecture, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT programmes across multiple entities.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, project standards, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Review enterprise solution architecture and integration approaches to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate enterprise software vendors and implementation partners, providing technical recommendations during selection.
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, architects, and vendors to manage programme delivery, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
- Promote AI-first thinking and continuous improvement in programme delivery and enterprise technology adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of programme or project management experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT initiatives.
- 6–8 years of technical experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes in matrix organisations.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Workday, Microsoft Entra ID, ERP/HRMS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, Kubernetes, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with multiple business entities or regional teams.
- Background in fintech, technology, or internet industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications
Required
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
Preferred
- TOGAF or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- Agile or SAFe certification.
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, MLOps, vendor evaluation, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
