Assistant Program Manager (1 Year)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with solid knowledge and experience on crafting and implementing AI/ML Products and Solutions, to accelerate incubation and delivery of new AI/ML based media and business capabilities.

You will collaborate with both Internal & External stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of adopting and/or building AI/ML technologies to optimise productivity and efficiency and provide great customer experience, across all our digital Products and Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with Internal department leaders and stakeholders to define and deliver valuable AI/ML Products & Solutions
• Collaborate and manage External services provides to design and scope out AI/ML solutions to address internal challenges and business needs
• Drive technical discussions and scoping meetings to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables.
• Developing implementation plans for taking projects from a conceptual phase to full implementation
• Providing direct technical expertise for AI/ML related opportunities
• Leverage knowledge and experience to solve cross-organizational issues and remove blockers.
• Drive excellence in Program Management fundamentals through mentoring, sharing, and improving internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years directly involved with software delivery and/or technical implementation
• 3+ years of working and implementing AI/ML Products and solutions
• Experience working on Generative AI projects is a strong plus
• Technical depth in shaping and designing AI/ML architectures and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Infrastructures
• Experience with Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and practices
• Ability to distil information and communicate directly with stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
• Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus
• Aptitude of working on multiple projects in parallel
