Assistant Program Manager

We are seeking a capable and driven Program Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support and lead cross-functional initiatives within our AI-powered platform, focused on the EdTech and HR Tech space. You will play a key role in managing timelines, coordinating between teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional projects across product, engineering, data, and operations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful on-time and in-scope execution.
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on goals, milestones, and expectations.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers.
• Implement and maintain project tracking and reporting using tools such as Jira, Notion, or Asana.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to process improvement and the development of program management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or fast-paced product environment.
• Certification is required: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion).
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels of seniority.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Interest or experience in AI, EdTech, or HR B2B platforms is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to software development or data/AI teams.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Additional certifications in change management, Lean, or business analysis.
