Job description

Assistant Professor - Radiology

Location: Gujarat

Key Role Requirements:

  1. Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced skills in diagnostic imaging, including proficiency in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. Interpret complex cases and provide high-quality patient care.
  2. Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver educational content for medical students, residents, and fellows. Contribute to curriculum design and evaluation.
  3. Research and Scholarly Activity: Conduct and publish original research in radiology. Secure funding, lead projects, and contribute to advancements in imaging techniques and clinical applications.
  4. Mentorship and Supervision: Mentor students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. Guide clinical practice, research, and career development.
  5. Clinical Service: Participate in clinical duties, interpret imaging studies, perform procedures, and consult with medical professionals. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities.
  6. Academic Leadership and Service: Engage in departmental committees, strategic planning, and accreditation processes. Support policy development.
  7. Professional Development: Stay updated with radiology advancements through continuing education, conferences, and professional societies.
  8. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals across specialties to improve patient outcomes and imaging practices.

Qualifications: MBBS + MD (Radiology) / DNB / DMRD

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: 1700k per year
