Job summary

Singapore Management University invites applications for a term or tenure-track Assistant Professor in Public Policy and/or Public Governance, to begin in July 2027. The position is housed within the School of Social Sciences and focuses on policy analysis, public administration, and global governance.

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in a related field, demonstrate teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, and show potential to contribute to MPGL as well as other topical courses.

Qualifications

• PhD in a closely related field.
• Record of scholarly contribution to public policy or public governance.
• Strong undergraduate teaching in public policy or related topics.
• Ability to teach MPGL and undergraduate Public Policy/Management.
• Evidence of academic citizenship and service.
