Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, programme evaluation, or related field.
• Scholarly output in health education or related areas.
• Strong background in educational research methods and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders in evaluation processes and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and oversight of systematic evaluation processes for educational programmes, defining KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure programmes align with institutional goals and educational effectiveness.
• Translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance quality and outcomes of educational offerings based on data insights.
• Serve as liaison between QA and other departments to align evaluation with institutional objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations to refine evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal/external research teams on study design, publications, and proposals.
• Support stakeholders in interpreting findings and applying evidence to improvement plans.
