Job Summary:
As an Assistant Production Supervisor, you will support daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production flow, and assist the Production Team Head in planning, coordination, and supervision tasks.

Established in 1986, our client a manufacturer in rubber sponge, foam, plastic, and gasket conversion, supplying OEM parts to MNCs. The company offers cost-effective custom solutions and operate a wide range of advanced machines to serve industries such as refrigeration, automotive, electronics, and construction.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machines and ensure smooth daily production flow.
Check and maintain the quality and quantity of goods produced.
Perform daily checks, material handling, and general housekeeping.
Label, document, pack, and palletise goods for delivery.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.
Support the Production Team Head with manpower and material planning, as well as production paperwork.
Coordinate delivery and receipt of goods with logistics.
Enforce and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
At least 'O' Level or equivalent education.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Willing to support overtime when required.
