A food processing company in Singapore is looking for a team member to assist with production activities including butchering, packing, and inventory management. The candidate must be physically fit and able to work early hours and weekends. This role involves ensuring production targets are met and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy kitchen environment.
- Assist production in day-to-day activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, packing and kitchen work (i.e. grilling) (Meat Processing Environment)
- Ensure overall daily production targets are met
- Overseeing production processes
- Plan and Co-ordinate production and manpower schedule
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of premises
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and complied
- Track inventory and do regular stock checks
- Serve customers and cashiering duties
- Dispatching goods to drivers
- Liaising with kitchen to collect products
- Organising packing for next day orders ( advance planning required during peak periods )
- Provide coaching/ training to new staffs
- Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to start work early during peak periods (i.e. 4am)
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (Overtime may be required)
- 6 days work week (Off on weekday)
- Must be physically fit
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Able to work at East Area (Bedok North)
