Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily production activities in a recycling/ metal recovery facility at Tuas. The role covers coordination across production, engineering, logistics and chemical leaching teams.

You will lead and train production staff, monitor yields and process efficiency, ensure compliance with SOPs and SHE standards, and participate in audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily production activities across thermal treatment, milling and related processes.
• Coordinate workflows across production, engineering, logistics and chemical leaching teams.
• Track production output, recovery yields and process efficiency against targets.
• Ensure materials are handled and stored per SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist in troubleshooting deviations and restoring stable performance.
• Enforce safe handling of hazardous chemicals and high-value materials on site.
• Contribute to SHE compliance, inspections and safety briefings.
• Maintain traceability and documentation for materials, sampling and testing.
• Support audits and corrective actions; act as delegate when needed.
• Lead and supervise production teams, plan manpower, scheduling and coaching.
