Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Crewing Calendar, considering project and in-house needs, as well as crew leave.
- Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew monthly.
- Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers, including details on positions, grades, job scales, performance, fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills, and competencies.
- Perform ad-hoc crewing responsibilities as required.
Project-Related Tasks
- Gather project information from the Sales Department, including location, crew positions, duration, rates, and additional requirements.
- Consult with the technical manager to identify crew needs and skill requirements for each project.
- Roster in-house and freelance crew for projects.
- Negotiate fees, manage contracts, and communicate expectations and policies with freelancers.
- Coordinate crew logistics, including per diems, visas, flights, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
- Plan for contingencies to address unexpected crew issues.
- Support project crew through active communication regarding logistics and welfare.
- Arrange replacements if crew members become unavailable.
- Assist with project closeout activities, including performance evaluations, archiving, and report preparation.
- Incorporate crew performance reports into the database.
- Analyze project crew financials and report any irregularities to the Crewing Manager.
- Verify invoices from freelancers.
- Assist with reimbursements for in-house crew members.
Job Requirements
- Qualification in business, economics, finance, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent client management and relationship skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of mass media and communication, preferably in broadcasting.
