Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update the Crewing Calendar, considering project and in-house needs, as well as crew leave.
  2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew monthly.
  3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers, including details on positions, grades, job scales, performance, fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills, and competencies.
  4. Perform ad-hoc crewing responsibilities as required.
Project-Related Tasks
  1. Gather project information from the Sales Department, including location, crew positions, duration, rates, and additional requirements.
  2. Consult with the technical manager to identify crew needs and skill requirements for each project.
  3. Roster in-house and freelance crew for projects.
  4. Negotiate fees, manage contracts, and communicate expectations and policies with freelancers.
  5. Coordinate crew logistics, including per diems, visas, flights, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
  6. Plan for contingencies to address unexpected crew issues.
  7. Support project crew through active communication regarding logistics and welfare.
  8. Arrange replacements if crew members become unavailable.
  9. Assist with project closeout activities, including performance evaluations, archiving, and report preparation.
  10. Incorporate crew performance reports into the database.
  11. Analyze project crew financials and report any irregularities to the Crewing Manager.
  12. Verify invoices from freelancers.
  13. Assist with reimbursements for in-house crew members.
Job Requirements
  • Qualification in business, economics, finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Excellent client management and relationship skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of mass media and communication, preferably in broadcasting.
