A leading construction company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in production and delivery. Candidates should hold a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.

Job description

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. To assist the management in the planning, co-ordination and management of daily operations of production, delivery and maintenance to meet production and project targets.

2. Coordinate and communicate with internal relevant parties to ensure all products are met client’s expectations.

3. Monitor and manage operating budgets to achieve optimal use of resources.

4. Provide on-site supervision to ensure quality of work and compliance with relevant authority codes and safety regulations.

5. Ensure all productions are executed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, contract specification and regulatory requirements.

6. To provide timely and accurate reporting to the management.

7. Other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. At least Degree in Civil & StructuralEngineering or construction relevant

2. With at least 5 years relevant experience in precast or construction productions.

5. Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
