What we are looking for
OCBC Global Wholesale Banking is looking for Product Owners to lead and drive the execution of a key Credit Journey via an agile framework.
Key to this role is being able to work with teams of functional specialists comprising of credit risk, risk policy, operations, engineers, and designers across geographies to ensure the seamless delivery of an end-to-end solution that fits the needs of our business.

You will be part of the GWB Modernisation Platform department.

1. Ideate, design, and launch digital solutions for GWB Credit Journey

2. Re-engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation

3. Advance the innovation and digital culture, manage the transformation actively and provide the right solutions without over-engineering

Who you are

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in consulting or financial services

  • Hands-on experience in revamping or implementing core banking systems or related financial platforms

  • Demonstrates a focused desire to build amazing products and services

  • Proven project management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships

  • An analytical mindset and a meticulous disposition with an eye for detail

  • Working knowledge of Agile development frameworks
