- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out tailored marketing initiatives across various business units, ensuring alignment with overall brand and sales strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and track trade promotion effectiveness through ROI analysis, offering recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Liaise with digital and creative agencies to oversee timely content updates across web platforms, coordinate social media activities, and support visual merchandising enhancements at retail touchpoints.
- Perform periodic market analysis, gather insights on consumer behavior, and keep tabs on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Visit retail outlets regularly to review campaign implementation, gather feedback from retail teams, and assess in-store promotional effectiveness.
- Support product launch efforts, manage promotional timelines, and coordinate production of marketing materials across both digital and physical channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or related field, with at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable engaging with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and vendors.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
