Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a product manager or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate an advantage.
  • Knowledge of System Safety and Design for Manufacturing an advantage.

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We are seeking an organized and experienced Assistant Product Manager to join our team and lead the product development for defence and public security agencies. In this role, you will champion product development through idea generation, prototyping, product testing, and delivery working with engineering teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Engage customers and stakeholders for idea generation and establish product specifications and objectives with a focus on electro-mechanical systems including but not limited to power generation, cooling, servomotors, and hydraulic systems.

  • Develop comprehensive product plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for product delivery.

  • Ensure product requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement product test plan and validation.

  • Develop a resilient supply chain for the product.

  • Manage vendors to ensure compliance with product design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary.

  • Monitor progress, identify deviations from plans, and intervene with timely corrective actions.

  • Provide status reports to management, stakeholders, and customers on a regular basis.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering or equivalent
