Key Responsibilities:

• Support producers in the coordination and execution of video productions from pre-production through post-production.
• Assist in developing production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documentation to ensure smooth shoot operations.
• Communicate and liaise with clients, vendors, crew, and internal departments to align deliverables with creative vision and project goals.
• Attend shoots and assist with on-site logistics, ensuring timely setup, talent coordination, and troubleshooting on the ground.
• Source and manage production elements including locations, props, permits, and freelancers as required.
• Track production budgets and expenses, providing administrative and logistical support to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development when required, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in production or broadcast media is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking across several projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
