Job Highlights

Salary: $4300 - $5000 per month

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: Nearest to Kent Ridge MRT

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, normal office working hours.

Job Descriptions

  • Perform procurement planning with departments.

  • Provide regular reporting of procurement performance and spend analysis

  • Develop and implement category-specific procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and supplier performance

  • Analyse and identify potential consolidation opportunities under strategic buys to optimise procurement efficiencies

  • Foster and manage relationships and communications between users and procurement

  • Provide end-to-end support and guide users on procurement policy, procedures and system

  • Perform sourcing for General Goods and Services (GGS) category

  • Administer quotation and tender processes and review procurement documents, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures

  • Participate in the evaluation of bids and conduct negotiations, prepare recommendation reports, and facilitate the approval and award of bids.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improvements

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporean and Permanent Resident (PR) need to apply.

  • Degree in any relevant field.

  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skill.

  • Experience in e-procurement and ERP systems is advantageous!
