Job description

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the company's supply portfolio and sourcing strategy, negotiate with suppliers in achieving long term benefit in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
  • Manage purchasing cycle including quotations, and pricings, prepare purchase orders, and update related documents in the internal system for both overseas and local purchases.
  • Manage daily operational purchasing activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
  • Attend to complaints, claims and audits related to purchasing matters.
  • Compile purchasing reports for management, analysis and decision making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement/shipping experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized in administrative duties.
  • Organised individual.
  • Declarant agent is preferred.
