Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a technically skilled technician to support semiconductor production lines in a cleanroom environment in Singapore. The role involves performing machine checks, collecting process data, preparing wafers, and measuring results to ensure product quality.

The candidate will create recipes, troubleshoot issues and analyze data to improve process stability. Applicants should have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, be meticulous and organized, and

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
Highly motivated individual who can work independently with little supervision.
Work in cleanroom environment.
Willing to work after office hours or during weekend/public holiday.

Responsibilities

Process checks of machines.
Day-to-day line support execution for data collection, wafers’ preparation and measurements.
Recipe creation, troubleshooting and data analysis.
Monitor and maintain process stability.
Reporting and escalation of tool issues to the process team and collaborate to resolve tool performance issues.
Liaising with customers and internal team on daily updates on process status.
Other duties as assigned.
