Job Description:
Our client, an European private bank with a rich history of delivering excellent service to high-net-worth individuals and families, is looking for a client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager. This role will support their Greater China team in enhancing and managing client relationships.
Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will:

Provide proactive assistance to Private Bankersin overseeing client portfolios, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Assist with the preparation and processing of account opening documentation, KYC (Know Your Client) compliance, and ongoing due diligence.

Support the development of investment proposals, portfolio assessments, and customized financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of credit approvals and investment transactions.

Continuously monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities to refine and enhance financial strategies.

Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to uphold high operational standards.

Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and effective support.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

At least five years of experience in private banking, with strong exposure to the Greater China market.

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline, along with CACS Paper 1 and 2 certification.

A comprehensive understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.

Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Greater China clients.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
