Assistant Private Banker - China Market

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to work alongside experienced Private Bankers in managing and growing high-net-worth client relationships. The role provides exposure to the full spectrum of private banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers in managing and servicing UHNW clients, ensuring seamless execution of banking transactions and investment activities.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy in documentation, portfolio reviews, and regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, and suitability assessments.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and product teams to coordinate investment solutions, credit facilities, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies by monitoring client risk profiles, sales processes, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, account reviews, and business reports, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the private banking team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment services, and credit solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to support clients across Greater China markets.
• CACS Paper 1 & 2 required.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
