Job description

Position Overview

As the PMO Manager in MSO’s Project Management Office (PMO) you will help support transformation in our delivery and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review annual workplans, provide view to management and support strategies and approaches to manage and meet demands.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Maintain Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide the necessary reporting to management including escalation.
  • Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within MSO, promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards of project management excellence.
  • Manage MSO Welfare and Administration by supporting MSO wide townhall and workshops, tracking and distribution of MSO welfare gifts, including sourcing and submission of invoices to Finance.
  • Manage project admin staff for MSO and align their job scope.
  • Support MSO logistics needs during DR exercise and Cutover activities on weekends/after office hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze project data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
