A local cafe in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Pastry Chef to be involved in pastry production, including preparing cakes and managing stock. The ideal candidate will work six days a week from 9 am to 5 pm, receiving a gross salary of S$2,300 with various allowances. Cleaning and display responsibilities are also included.

Responsibilities
- Preparing whipping cream prodcution
- Preparing baking sponge cake, chiffon cake, tart shells, cookies
- Supplier goods receivings and stock management
- Cleaning pastry equipments, dishwashing tools
- Daily showcase displaying such as Shortcake, tarts, cheesecake, tiramisu, carrot cake, choco cakes.
Working hours
- 9am to 5pm
- 1 hour meal break
Working days
- 6 days
- 42 hours per week
Remuneration & Benefit
- Gross salary S$2,300
- Basic salary S$2,000
- Meal Allowance S$180
- Transportation Allowance S$120
- Staff drink will be provided
