Job description

ASSISTANT / OUTLET MANAGER

(for Makansutra Gluttons Bay, an outdoor eatery operating mostly in the evenings, located at Central)

Responsibilities

• To work with Area Manager in managing and implementing the day to day operations of the food court
• Ensuring excellent quality of food and service
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.
• To ensure in achieving the monthly sales targets
• Recruitment, training and supervision of staff
• Opening and closing duties
• Sourcing of and liaison with tenants & suppliers
• Ensuring the security and maintenance of company stocks and equipment
• Upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the food court
• Managing the upkeep and maintenance of the food court premises

Requirements

• Relevant F&B experience
• Willing to take an active, hands-on role in daily operations.
• Must be able to perform shift hours
• Independent and pro-active
