Job Description:

  • Overseeing opening and closing duties meanwhile fine tuning standard operating procedures for documentation
  • Recruiting, training and supervising outlet staff
  • Preparing Bi-Monthly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements where necessary.
  • Ensuring all expenses are within budget.
  • Inventory management and maintaining par levels
  • Resolving customer complaints and collecting feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills
