Job Summary:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,500 per month

Location(s): Serangoon/ Sengkang/ Bedok

Working Hours: Min. 8-10 hours per shift (OT when required, No fixed morning shifts)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily bakery operations, including production, sales, and inventory management.
  • Ensure all bakery products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Promote bakery products and upsell special items to maximize sales.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers.
  • Support in training, scheduling, and supervising bakery staff (Bakers & Sales staff).
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure team adherence to company policies.
  • Help manage cash handling and daily sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in a Bakery or Food Retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
  • Basic financial acumen (handling cash, sales reporting).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and PH.
