Job summary
A leading cleaning service provider in Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams and ensure high standards of service. Responsibilities include scheduling duties, monitoring service quality, and maintaining equipment records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the cleaning sector and excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry for at least 2 years.
- Bilingual for effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaning crew at client premises.
- Maintain inventory records in the cleaning store.
- Monitor all cleaning activities and ensure adherence to standards.
- Follow up on client schedules and requests.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.
- Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaner on how to use cleaning machines.
- Assist Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.
- Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
- Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients
Requirements
- Able to work midnight shift
- Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
- At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of cleaning crew in carrying out day to day cleaning activities at the client's premises
- Maintain records of all equipment and inventory in the cleaning store
- Monitoring all cleaning activities
- Actively following up on the periodic schedules and requests of the clients
- Assigning of duties or any ad-hoc cleaning task to the crew
- Deployment of staff and ensuring staff clock in and out of the system
- Actively checking on company's cleaning system
- Checking on staff's grooming
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Cleaning Industry for at least 2 years
- Billingual in order to communicate with management
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- Willing to work during public holidays and weekends
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Great knowledge of chemicals and machinery for cleaning
