Job summary
Borr Drilling is seeking an Operational Management professional for the cleaning department. Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred.
- Must work on weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in multiple locations (islandwide) required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations and staff.
- Conduct training on proper cleaning procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace.

Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
- Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff
- Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
- Supports the overall operations of the establishment by ensuring that all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and organized
- Plan and delivery schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are washed and stored properly
- Oversee the servicing and maintenanance of cleaning equipment
- Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
