Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
  • Position Title: Assistant Operations Manager
  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM - 5 PM, Sat half day)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of overall supervision for Milling & Patching team
  • Decision making for equipment and team allocation
  • Build a diverse team with different talents and responsibilities
  • Attend meetings with customers and clients
  • Convey complex thought processes clearly and concisely
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Has experience with Land Transport Authority (LTA) or Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG)
  • Project management experience is required
