Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee store performance, support frontline teams, and maintain operational excellence across our Singapore outlets. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, helping to implement systems, drive service quality, and support team development as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Assist with day-to-day operations across outlets, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to Supergreen standards.
• Team Support & Development: Work with store managers to train and motivate staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Customer Experience: Monitor service quality and customer feedback; work with teams to continuously improve the in-store experience.
• Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee ordering processes, stock levels, and vendor coordination to ensure consistent product availability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales, labor efficiency, and other KPIs; support in implementing strategies to optimize performance.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure outlets comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Project Involvement: Support in new store launches, staff onboarding, and operational projects as the brand expands.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi-store or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to work flexible hours and travel between outlets as needed.
• Passion for food, health, and sustainability is a plus.
