We are a growing manpower solutions company in the construction sector. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant Manager who understands manpower operations, has strong negotiation skills, and can help scale our manpower strength and client base.

This role requires someone practical, reliable, and comfortable managing both office operations and ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily manpower operations including deployment, scheduling, attendance, and coordination
  • Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and foremen to fulfil manpower needs
  • Negotiate with clients to secure manpower deployment projects
  • Assist in bringing in new clients and maintaining existing relationships
  • Support the sourcing and onboarding of foreign workers and increase manpower numbers
  • Coordinate documentation, permits, and worker readiness
  • Build and improve efficient operational systems and processes
  • Attend site visits after office hours when operationally required
  • Act as the key link between office operations and site execution
Requirements
  • Experience in manpower / construction operations preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiar with manpower deployment and site coordination
  • Able to handle pressure and last-minute operational changes
  • Proactive, responsible, and execution-driven
  • Willing to stay connected beyond office hours when required
