Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Director in managing daily operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance workforce performance.
  2. Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and communications to ensure seamless operations across teams, including Warehouse, Technicians, Sales, Accounts, and Customer Service.
  3. Oversee stock management and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with operational needs and efficiency.
  4. Monitor and optimize interdepartmental processes to improve productivity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and retention of employees based on performance and work efficiency.

Preferred Experience: Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution of goods is a plus. Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
