Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Knowledge of cleaning contract requirements and WHS credentials.
  • Valid Class 3 license is required.

  • Lead and manage a team of Executives, Supervisors, and Cleaners.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Driven to meet and attain corporate objectives and operations benchmark
  • Daily on ground assessment to plan, schedule and execute all work requirements
  • Ability to work within budget constraints, requirements and performance KPIs
  • Ability to lead, manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaners
  • Point of contact for service request, feedbacks & all contractual requirements
  • Ability to provide resolution to all operation related matter
  • Customer liaison on service level and performance standards
  • Ability to handle both operational and administrative requirements
  • Develop work methodology and staff training

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning industries
  • Knowledge of cleaning contract requirements
  • Knowledge of WHS and its credentials
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and control
  • Meticulous to details in meeting company's requirement
  • Good communication skills with professional email etiquette
  • Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently and multi task
  • Self-motivated, responsible, positive work attitude and a team player
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute work effectively
  • PC Knowledge and Smart Devices savvy
  • Valid Class 3 license
