Program Details:

• 1-year traineeship journey
• Master the fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning
• Supervise quay side activities and coordinate container yard activities using the latest Terminal Operations System
• Develop leadership and communication skills by managing and motivating a team of equipment specialists to meet service levels in a dynamic environment

Additional Information:

• Office environment with air conditioning, occasional visits to the port for checks
• Location: Near Vivo City/Pasir Panjang/Tuas (location assignment based on proximity)
• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts

1. Day shift: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM
2. Night shift: 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
